Michelle’s experience in the customer service field over the past 10 years has always been at the forefront of meeting and caring for people, some of these people have become lifelong friends.
Moving into real estate, Michelle wanted to start from the base and began her career as a receptionist which gave her a wonderful opportunity to meet everybody connected to the industry. Whether it was the tenant paying the rent, or land- lord popping to chat about his investment or buyers eagerly waiting to put place an offer on a home. This window al- lowed her to cover the entire aspect of the real estate industry from a perspective rarely found in the industry.
Michelle’s enthusiasm in real estate grew and her knowledge from this grass root learning is exceptional, which always brings the best outcomes with everyone she has dealt with. With her multilingual background, Michelle understands and serves people from different cultural backgrounds. Versatile with speaking and writing skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay, allows her to communicate effectively and precisely with clients and has helped her to build a higher rapport with them on both the sales and property management role.
Michelle’s ethical and friendly personality has had her past buyers and investors know she’s the agent they can trust in handling their valuable assets.
When Michelle is not hard at work looking after her clients, she can be found enjoying a good book or spending time with her family and friends.
